Terrence Malick has made the most visually awe inspiring film I have ever encountered.
I get told off for saying epic too much but it is the only word to describe this film...Well maybe beautifully epic. Makes me pretty gutted that I didn't get to the cinema in time to watch it.
There is about half an hour where the story and dialogue are replaced with pure natural sound and imagery (I am assuming that it was representing the birth of the universe and man's faith)
Think my heart stopped when the shot moved to a volcano.
I have been looking at tree of life art work for the past half hour
This is definitely my favourite, it is my new Desktop background.
